The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation has ruled that the Memorial public movement is an "extremist organization" and banned from operating in Russia. The lawsuit, filed by the Russian Ministry of Justice, was heard in a closed session classified as "top secret," and lawyers were not allowed to participate.

The investigation into the crash of a Turkish C-130 military aircraft on the Georgian-Azerbaijani border on November 11 of last year is ongoing. Experts from the Turkish Ministry of Defense found no traces of explosives in the wreckage.

In Kabardino-Balkaria, a court fined Alina Taismakulova and Asiyat Kaigermazova, residents of the Chereksky District. They were charged with organizing a mass rally. Police classified their actions as organizing a motor rally, which took place on March 28 as part of the Balkar Revival Day celebrations.

Chechnya's leader, Ramzan Kadyrov, commenting on online reports that "Chechen units are allegedly prepared to advance to Iran to repel an American ground attack," stated that "this could very well happen if Iran were only fighting the US and Israel" and not other Arab countries.

The Republic of Dagestan, experiencing one of the worst floods in the last century, is actively receiving aid from across Russia and beyond. Dozens of regions, organizations, and individuals have joined the humanitarian mission. The first to respond were regions neighboring Dagestan in the North Caucasus.

Video footage from a Moscow clinic has circulated online. In it, the patient complained that the doctor refused to see her because she was 20 minutes late. She stated that she was always late and that Russian doctors saw her. She also asked the doctor about his ethnicity and advised him to live "in his Chechnya."

A preliminary report on the crash of a Turkish C-130 military transport plane, which occurred on November 11, 2025, in eastern Georgia, is expected to be published on April 9. The plane, en route from Azerbaijan to Turkey, crashed, killing all 20 military personnel on board.
