A criminal case was opened in the Russian Federation under Part 2 of Art. 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in a terrorist community) against a native of Chechnya, 25-year-old Fathi Barayev. In July 2023, he took part in a raid in the Belgorod region, during which the Ural with Russian military personnel was destroyed.
