The military were checking the Grozny-Shatoy highway for explosive devices and could not help but see that he did not pose any threat, but they opened fire. As a result of a grenade explosion, Shadid Zakriev, who lived on Zarechnaya Street, had both of his legs blown off. On the way to the hospital, he died.
