Following the meetings in the United States, the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia reached mutual agreement on certain articles of the bilateral agreement on peace and establishment of inter-state relations. At the same time, the sides acknowledged that positions on some key issues remain different, as stated in Baku.
