He noted that Moscow’s actions violate the intergovernmental agreement and called on the Russian side to discuss this situation.

The official representative of the European Union's foreign policy service, Peter Stano, said that Georgia and Moldova could be admitted to the European Union contrary to the rules. The European future of these countries cannot be held hostage by conflicts, the politician said.
