Representatives of «Team against Torture» claimed that the evidence was falsified in one of the expert examinations in the case of Zarema Musayeva, accused of causing harm to the health of a police officer. 

Russia attacked the Dnepropetrovsk region and Uman with cruise missiles. In Uman, a rocket hit a residential high-rise building, killing at least 20 people.

The European Court of Human Rights ordered Russia to pay more than 129 million euros in compensation to Georgian citizens for violations of their rights during the 2008 war. Thus, compensation of 3.2 million euros is provided for the killing of at least 50 civilians (there were 116 applications), 2.7 million euros for 116 civilian victims of arbitrary detention and inhuman treatment, 640,000 euros - 16 Georgian prisoners of war tortured.

The Armenian newspaper "Graparak" writes that the US is exerting pressure on Armenia to sign a peace treaty with Azerbaijan as soon as possible. The preliminary version of the document should be signed by the end of May. We were talking about the study of nail sections on which the blood of a police officer who was injured by Musaeva’s attack was allegedly found.
