“In order to strengthen the positions of our peoples and increase the ranks of fighters against our common enemy - Russia - a tense and courageous struggle is needed,” said the head of the government of Tatarstan in exile, Rafis Kashapov. - We believe that it will be much more difficult for our enemy if we act against him on a common front. Therefore, we consider it appropriate to ask for your official recognition of the government of independent Tatarstan as a representative body of Tatars abroad free from Moscow colonial influence.
