In Ingushetia, FSB officers detained several local activists. They spread false information on social networks about the arrival of a flight from Israel at Magas airport on November 1 and called on fellow citizens to riot. This is reported on the department's website.

The Armenian Foreign Ministry has published final data on the number of victims of Azerbaijan's military attack on Nagorno-Karabakh. More than 200 people were killed during the fighting, including 9 civilians (including 3 children). More than 300 people were injured, including 231 military and 80 civilians.

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, gave advice to local security forces on how to deal with the instigators of unrest. “If we have even one person going to unsanctioned riots, detain and imprison him. After a search and interrogation, journalist Idris Yusupov was released and no charges were brought. However, mobile phones, laptops, and flash drives, including those belonging to his family members, were confiscated from him.
