The European Court of Human Rights accepted the lawsuit of actor Timur Debishev of the Grozny theater, who reported torture for suspected possession of drugs. The ECtHR notified the authorities of the Russian Federation of the consideration of the complaint. Russia may ignore the questions, but the court will examine the materials and make its verdict.
