The Military Court of Appeal returned the case of the native of Ingushetia Daud Mamilov, who was sentenced to 8 years on charges of involvement in the «Islamic State» (a terrorist organization banned in the Russian Federation). The defendant and the defence were not informed of the trial transcript.
