In Dagestan, security forces detained a teenager who allegedly planned a terrorist attack near the Ministry of Internal Affairs building in Buinaksk, the Investigative Committee reports. According to investigators, in March, a 16-year-old resident of the republic planned a terrorist attack in Buinaksk.

The territory of Armenia cannot be used by third countries to carry out military actions against any of the neighboring states.
