On November 12, Azerbaijan celebrates the 30th anniversary of the adoption of its Constitution, approved by referendum in 1995. To commemorate this date and the fifth anniversary of victory in the Second Karabakh War, the country has declared 2025 the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty."
