According to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the first nine months of 2025, the fewest crimes were recorded in the Sirius federal territory (457), the Nenets Autonomous Okrug (491), and the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug (515). Ingushetia (1,530) and Chechnya (2,020) also made the top ten regions, ranking fourth and eighth, respectively.
