In the Chechen Republic, 3.3% of the adult population smokes. This is the lowest rate among all regions of the country, according to Rosstat. The inhabitants of Ingushetia (4 per cent) and Dagestan (6 per cent) are also the least susceptible to addiction. Experts named Altai (34.2 per cent of the adult population smokes), Sakhalin (33.5 per cent), Magadan (31.9 per cent), Nenets Autonomous Region (30.4 per cent) and Komi (29.6 per cent) as the most smoking regions in the country.

Peace in the region is possible if Yerevan settles its relations with Baku and Ankara and gives up any territorial claims. This was stated by Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan. 
According to the Prime Minister, peace will come when the international community declares recognition of the territory of Armenia, and Yerevan declares no claims to other countries.
