The law on renaming district courts of the capital of Chechnya had entered into force. Leninsky District Court of Grozny will be called Akhmatovsky, Oktyabrsky - Baisangurovsky, Staropromyslovsky - Visaitovsky, Zavodskaya - Sheikh-Mansurovsky.

On the eve of the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued an international arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin. The decision was supported by the countries of Europe, the USA and Ukraine. 123 States may arrest Putin, as they have ratified the Rome Statute and are parties to the International Criminal Court. The Court is now in force.

The Milli Mejlis of Azerbaijan called upon the European deputies to reconsider their decision, not to feed the revanchist forces, to conduct constructive dialogue based on mutual respect and understanding. This is stated in Baku’s statement.
