The Southern District Military Court sentenced the fourth residents of Tatarstan - Ilgam Gumerov, Ilgiz Mukhametgaliev, Khaidar Razzakov and Mukhamedvali Shaikhutdinov - to imprisonment for a term of 13 to 24 years.
