Ingushetia resident claims torture by security forces

A resident of Ingushetia, Adam Maloroev, who is abroad and wanted in the Russian Federation, recorded a video message. He reported that he and another native of the republic were tortured by FSB officers in Magas to extract testimony against Dagestani residents Abas Saidov and Zamur Tagirov. The latter were sentenced to 19 years on charges of involvement in ISIS (recognized as a terrorist organization).
