The Turkish Foreign Ministry responded to the Israeli government's decision to recognize the 1915 Armenian genocide with a harsh statement. Ankara claims that the Israeli government, whose actions in the Gaza Strip are considered genocide against Palestinians by the International Court of Justice, is attempting to divert international attention from its own crimes through political decisions.
