In 2022, the number of HIV cases detected in Dagestan increased from 316 to 378 in comparison with 2021. In KSR - from 58 to 70, in Ingushetia - from 44 to 60.
The number of confirmed cases also increased in North Ossetia and CBD from 137 to 158 and from 203 to 219. 

Earlier, Russia was among the five countries with the highest rate of HIV infection in 2021.
