European Court of Human Rights to Consider Georgia’s Next Complaint against Russia

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has accepted the claim of «Georgia against Russia». In it, the complainant requested clarification of the deaths of three Georgian citizens whose murderers were allegedly being sheltered in Russia. We are talking about the deaths of David Basharuli, Archil Tatunashvili and Giga Otkhozoria. Tbilisi believes that Moscow is harboring the security forces responsible for their deaths.

The indicators are above the average - in North Ossetia and Kabardino-Balkaria (8.8%), Dagestan (8.7%). The lowest average mortgage interest in southern Russia is in Krasnodar Krai (6.4%) and Adygea (6.5%).

The Sevastopol garrison military court found Ismail Dzangiev, a soldier from Ingushetia, guilty of attempting to assassinate a platoon commander after the death of his brother in a combat zone in Ukraine. The accused was sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment.

The Supreme Court of Russia confirmed five years of imprisonment to the native of Dagestan Murad Dadashev. Such a term was given to him for posting on the Internet clips with supporters of the independence of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria and photos of field commander Shamil Basayev. The accused himself claimed that he had not published anything.

This was reported by the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Alain Simonyan. «These words show the international community the management style of the President of Azerbaijan, the consequences of his rule and the situation in a nonfree country», - believes Simonyan.
