The North Caucasus republics have emerged as leaders among regions with minimal redundancy. In the first place on the ratio of bank debt to the annual salary of Ingushetia - 12.2%. On the second place Dagestan (24.3%), on the third - Chechnya (24.4%). The highest level of redundancy among COAF regions in North Ossetia - 69%.

Pavel Ulibegov was arrested for five days in Nalchik after an anti-war picket. He held a picket with a poster «No War» at the Parliament of Kabardino-Balkaria. On charges of disobedience to the police, the court ordered him administrative detention. In the future, he will be fined under the article on «discrediting» of the Armed Forces.

The defence of the famous Ingush paediatrician Bagaudin Gaitukiev filed a complaint with the Prosecutor’s Office against the decision of the investigative committee. He had previously indicted a man on the new charges of aiding and abetting terrorist activities and illegal possession of weapons. This was reported by the Human Rights Center «Memorial».

Russian occupiers continue to try to reach the administrative border of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. To do this, they concentrated their efforts on conducting offensive operations in 5 directions: Limansky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky, Maryinsky and Shakhtarsky.
