Russia is biased against Crimean Tatars. When Moscow prepares lists of prisoners of war for exchange, it always excludes Crimean Tatar names. This was reported by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the leader of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Cemilev.
