Despite an early refusal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Chechnya, the court ordered to issue a certificate of rehabilitation to the local resident Shirvani Hamzatov. He was recognized as a victim of political repression - the man was born into a family deported to Kyrgyzstan in 1944.

In the Southern District Military Court, the state prosecutor requested 12 years of strict-regime colony for the Crimean Tatar Amethan Abdulwapov. He is accused of participating in the Islamic party «Hizb ut-Tahrir». It is recognized in the Russian Federation as a terrorist, but it operates legally in Europe and other continents.
