The highest share of overdue loans from the total amount of loans issued was recorded in Ingushetia - 10.1%.  Performance was slightly better in North Ossetia (7.8%), Karachaevo-Cherkessia (6.8%) and Chechnya (6.5%). These republics take places from 82 to 85 in the rating of the agency «RIA Rating». Stavropol region is located on the 80th line (5.7%), Kabardino-Balkaria - on the 77th (5.5%), Dagestan - on the 71st (5.1%).

Today, the victims of the dispersal of thousands of rallies in Tbilisi in 1989 are being commemorated in the country. At that time, 21 people were killed and hundreds were wounded. On that day, the Soviet army used tanks and poison gas to kill a peaceful demonstration for independence.

Another person, Kemal Tambiyev, had previously petitioned to have his testimony removed from the list of evidence because they had been evicted during the torture. He was also refused.

On 7-8 April 1995, during the first Russian-Chechen war, Russian troops, conducting a sweep of the village of Samashki, Achkhoy-Martanovsky district, killed, according to various estimates, at least 100 civilians. This number was reported by the United Nations Commission on Human Rights. The International Committee of the Red Cross announced the death of 250 civilians.
