The Supreme Court of Dagestan sentenced a 19-year-old resident of the Karabudakhkent district to correctional labor for six months. On May 11, 2024, he cut down 15 red flags hung on the streets for Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War with a knife and threw them on the ground.
