Russia has expressed its agreement with the joint decision of Azerbaijan and Armenia to liquidate the OSCE Minsk Group, which was engaged in the settlement of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was announced by Russia's Permanent Representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich, specifying that they plan to complete the process by December 2025.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a briefing that the country may consider leaving the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), since participation in it excludes simultaneous membership in the European Union. According to him, the final decision will depend on the opinion of the Armenian people, ongoing negotiations and analysis of the situation, as well as available opportunities and alternatives.
