In 35 regions of the Russian Federation began to actively distribute summons for arrival at military commissariats. Among them is Dagestan. This was stated in the human rights group «Agora».

Kurban Murtazaliyev died in the hospital of Makhachkala after four days of coma. Death could have been caused by late hospitalization. The man lived in Khushet village of Tsumadi district. People living in the village of Khushet, Tsumadi district of Dagestan, dragged a fellow villager on a stretcher on a mountain serpentine to the ambulance. There is no local hospital in the town.
