On 21 April 1996, the President of the Chechen Republic, Jokhar Dudayev, was assassinated by the Russian military in a land-based missile strike.

The video post was published under the title “Operation Sucker.”

According to the police, a video showing the burning of the Koran was filmed in the Eastern District of Moscow. The General Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said that a criminal case has been initiated.   

In the Malgobey district of Ingushetia, four bandits were killed and two others were detained. The NWF carried out a series of attacks against security forces in March and April of this year, resulting in the death of three police officers and the wounding of 15. This was reported by the head of the republic Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov in his Telegram-channel.

In the first quarter of 2023, more than 1.1 million foreign citizens entered Georgia. This is twice more than in the same period last year.
