Courts deny claims to residents of Dagestan who were illegally mobilized for war

Despite the presence of three minor children and failure to pass the medical examination, many residents of Dagestan were mobilized for the war against Ukraine. In particular, Saiputdin Salakhov, who had three minor children, from the Buynaksky district, and Sabir Khidirov, from Derbent, were sent to fight. They were given a delay, but the courts found the decisions of the military enlistment offices to be lawful.
